Our Mission

Home Kitchen began as a collaboration between Soup Kitchen London, a charity supporting vulnerable people, and one of its long-time volunteers, Michelin-starred chef Adam Simmonds.

We aim to transform perceptions of homelessness by giving vulnerable people genuine opportunities to move out of poverty and into meaningful work in hospitality.

At our first restaurant in Primrose Hill, we offer our team more than employment—we provide a structured pathway into the hospitality industry. Recruits receive comprehensive training, a living wage and travel support alongside a nationally recognised catering qualification delivered in partnership with Westminster Kingsway College.

Through real-world experience and professional development, we equip our team with the skills and confidence needed to build lasting careers.
